It is a 1985 ½ ton shorty with a 91 front.
The suspension has been dropped 4 inches front and rear 295-50-15 tires all the
way around & mounted on eagle 15x10 wheels Viper red paint / black emron
engine bay underside and wheel wells The rear end is a GM 10 bolt with 410
gears&posi unit locked and hardened GM axels Custom built drive shaft that
weighs about half the amount of an original& The engine is a 350 4-bolt
mains .60 over balanced blue printed/magnafluxed and hard dipped lower end. The
block was decked and de-burred all oil and water journals opened up. A 400
forged 1035 steel crank ... lightened and balanced. Speed pro flat top forged
aluminum pistons with lsky forged aluminum rods. Balanced and shot peened. Some
call it a 383 cubic incher & some call it a 408. I call it a 9000 rpm
SCREAMING small block. It has a trick flow competition aluminum heads, 202
valves, 160 valves & triple grind titanium valves and retainers all from
trick flow The heads have been ported and polished. Bench matched to the Weiand
Team g intake 850 double pump carb, rejetted to street use Pete Jackson gear
drive& and a crane roller valve train&the cam is a Lunati custom grind
with a 0.688 / .692 lift and 263 / 268 duration at .050 inch separation degrees
of 112. billet alt and billet pulleys / Holley race flow mech fuel pump 8 quarts
oil & ARP bolts etc&. Milodon high volume oil system and K&N air
filter, dynomax ceramic headers and 3 inch dynomax exhaust all the way to the
back. MSD ignition with a GM hei blazer coil. Turbo 350 trans with B&M valve
body and converter the stall has near stock to prevent the frame from twisting.
It was on the dyno last summer at Camaro fest, 525hp@6800rpm at the rear wheels
and 454 ft lbs of torque at 6200 rpms & ran a 12.08 @ 119mph on the same
street tires at Super Chevy in Norwalk Ohio last summer. I had to see what she
could do once you get going and the tires hook up, JUST HOLD ON!!!!! this truck
only has 10500 true miles on it 15000.00 or trade? I have more pictures.
